Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (South Africa)R 150.00

All orders within South Africa are charged a flat rate of R 150.00 for shipping, regardless of order size or weight.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within South Africa, depending on your location.

You can expect to receive your order within 4-9 business days from the date of order confirmation.

We use reliable courier services to deliver your orders safely and securely. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

For customers in select areas, we offer pickup options. Please contact us to arrange a pickup location and time.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@sentinelwellness.co.za.

•Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.
•Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
•For EFT payments, orders will only be processed after payment confirmation is received.
•If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
