Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at returns@sentinelwellness.co.za or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization number.

Step 2: Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Step 3: Ship the Return

Ship the item to the return address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For EFT payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

This ensures you receive the correct item quickly and helps us maintain accurate inventory.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure your package arrives safely.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after we process the return.
  • For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately and include photos if possible.
